Code of ethics

Insurama’s Code of Ethics is defined as a corporate commitment that includes basic principles and standards for the proper development of insurama’s relationships with its main stakeholders, especially its employees, suppliers and customers.

11 COMMANDMENTS OF INSURAMA’S CODE OF ETHICS

  1. We commit to compliance with the law as well as Human and Labor Rights and to the integration of all people in their diversity.
  2. The principles of social responsibility, transparency and fair treatment are necessary premises in the corporate culture for the development of the group’s relationships with all individuals and legal entities that maintain a direct or indirect labor, commercial, economic, social or industrial relationship.
  3. The commission of legal infringements shall not be justified by the fact that such breaches are widespread in business practice, nor by the fact that the infringement is carried out by order, instruction or consent of a third party.
  4. We promote effective equality and non-discrimination and reject any manifestation of violence, abuse of authority or any conduct that creates an intimidating or offensive environment.
  5. We foster a comfortable, healthy, safe work environment free from hostility. Labor relations should be based on respect and collaboration, building a healthy, stimulating and productive workplace, providing effective help to requests for support between professionals and areas, and sharing knowledge and experience.
  6. Insurama commits to providing its professionals with the resources needed for their activities. The group’s professionals will make responsible use of these resources.
  7. We promote a work environment in which employees can develop personally and professionally. They will be aware of the group’s general objectives and the specific ones that concern them.
  8. A balance between personal and working life will be sought, and measures aimed at facilitating work-life balance will be promoted.
  9. The selection and hiring of suppliers and collaborators will be carried out following objective technical, professional and economic criteria, always considering insurama’s needs and interests.
  10. Insurama commits to providing comprehensive, high-quality services to its customers, establishing relationships of trust with the commitment to compete actively but honestly in the market, respecting current free-market and competition rules.
  11. Anyone who becomes aware of a breach of the Code of Ethics must inform Insurama through the Whistleblowing Channel enabled on the insurama.com website.
